Terms of Service

Worldy Games is an online prediction platform built around the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Players compete in five games — Match Predictions, Tournament Bracket, Blackjack, Special Picks, and Last Man Standing — within private leagues against friends and colleagues.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at worldy-games.com. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms.

Worldy Games is open to all players worldwide. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You may not share your account or create multiple accounts for the same person.

Game 1 (Match Predictions) is free for all registered users.

Games 2–5 (Tournament Bracket, Blackjack, Special Picks, Last Man Standing) require a one-off platform access fee:

• Individual — £5: unlocks full access for your account only.
• Group Entry — £20: unlocks full access for you and an unlimited number of friends who join via your invite link, plus a shared group league is created automatically.

These are platform access fees, not entry fees, prize money, or gambling stakes. No winnings are paid out by Worldy Games. Bragging rights are the only prize.

Payments are processed securely by RevenueCat and Stripe. Worldy Games does not store your card details.

Because access is granted immediately upon payment and the tournament has a fixed end date, fees are non-refundable once access has been activated, unless required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.

Game rules, scoring, and deadlines are described within the platform. We reserve the right to adjust rules, correct scoring errors, or disqualify picks made in bad faith. All administrative decisions are final.

Picks lock at the relevant match kick-off time, or on 11 June 2026 for Games 2–4. Late picks are not accepted.

You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, reverse-engineer any part of it, or use it in a way that degrades the experience for other players. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms without refund.

The Worldy Games name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property. FIFA World Cup marks and team names belong to their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. Worldy Games is not affiliated with FIFA or any national football association.

Worldy Games is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about uptime or the accuracy of match data (sourced from football-data.org). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
